    When you purchase a license for Interspect Desktop or Interspect Desktop/Voice, it includes 1 year of software updates and technical support for Interspect.  To continue with support and updates you will need to purchase annual support on a continuous basis.  We highly recommend staying on the support plan to ensure you receive all the latest updates and new features to Interspect.  If you do not stay on continuous support and need help, you will need to make up back payments for the years missed.

    *** This is a recurring order, meaning it will automatically bill you each year for your annual maintenance.  If you do not want to be billed automatically, please call us so we can remove the recurring billing process after you process your order. ****

    This does not cover problems created by other software like a virus program that deletes certain files thinking it is a virus.  You need to contact the vendor to see if the problem can be corrected.  If we have to connect to your computer to correct a problem created by another software program, it is $100 an hour, payable to sales@onclarity.com through PayPal.

    Be sure you read the article on backing up your data under the Support Tab, then selecting Knowledge Base.  We cannot recover your information without a backup of the database file.
