Please click on the Tech Support Logo link below to allow Interspect Home Inspection Software support to remotely control your computer to help in resolving any issues you may be experiencing. This will install a small application on your desktop to allow us remote control. It will also install an Icon on your Desktop called Interspect Quick Support for when you need help in the future. You should see a message at the bottom of your screen to either Run or Save after clicking on the link. After this initial session, you would click on the Icon to start the remote control application, call 800-975-3017 to contact a support technician. You will then see a request asking permission to allow us remote control of your computer, respond with yes.

 


For a one time connection, please click on the TeamViewer Logo link below to allow support to remotely control your computer to help in resolving any issues you may be experiencing. This will install a small application on your desktop to allow us remote control, but will not install the Desktop Icon. You should receive a message to either Run or Save after clicking on the link. If Save is the only option, click save. It should then ask to either Open or Run. These messages are normally displayed at the bottom of the screen. Once the program installs and opens, you will see two sets of numbers. One is an ID number and the other is a Password number. You will need to provide these numbers to support.
